Adaptive Sports

Studies show that adaptive sports provide numerous benefits including:

  • Less stress
  • More independence
  • Higher achievement in education and employment
  • Reduced dependency on pain and depression medication
  • Fewer secondary medical conditions (i.e., diabetes, hypertension)
