ADA Coordinator Certificate Program and Related Training

The ADA Coordinator Training Certificate Program (ACTCP) is offered through the Great Plains ADA Center and the University of Missouri. The certificate is designed to provide the depth and breadth of knowledge necessary to serve effectively as an ADA Coordinator for any public or private entity. Under Title II of the ADA, all New Mexico state agencies are required to have a designated ADA Coordinator.

The New Mexico Governor’s Commission on Disability supports individuals interested in earning an ADA Coordinator Certificate by partnering with the Southwest ADA Center and the Great Plains ADA Center to offer free classes each year that help fulfill the certificate requirements. You do not have to be in the ACTCP program to attend or view our trainings.

We also provide scholarships annually to a select group of New Mexico residents to cover all or part of the expense of the certificate fee. Learn more about the ADA Coordinator Certificate here.

Training links and course resources are posted below.
